Travel in a Super Jeep and experience the 2026 Total Solar Eclipse with the flexibility and comfort of small group travel.

Great guide, great trip.

Our driver/guide Arni was excellent! He was knowledgeable, sharing history and personal/family stories that enriched our experience. And he had a sense of humor! 😊 Arni did a great job of adapting our itinerary to our interests and desired activity level. We highly recommend him.

Thanks Saulius from Snaeland!

After coming from Iceland cannot praise more service of Snaeland, specially their driver Saulius.

He was our driver during our 5 days stay in Iceland. Kind, helpful, very good and safe driving. Very easy to arrange everything and also flexible about some routes and last minute changes.

Thanks so much and if again working with Snaeland, it would be for sure my pleasure to work with him.

Thanks!!!

Vid Doric and rest of Croatian group.

Comfortable, knowledgable, friendly

Utilised this company for trips to; Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon & Northern Lights hunt (yes, we saw them!) can’t recommend them highly enough, they do a great job. The drivers are confident on the ice roads as you’d expect and kept everyone safe at all times. The guides were very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English.

What is a Super Jeep?

A Super Jeep is a specially modified vehicle built to take on Iceland’s roughest terrain with ease. Super Jeeps are essential for reaching remote areas that standard vehicles simply can’t access.

Where will I be picked up in the city center?

Due to traffic restrictions in the city center, your pickup location may not be directly in front of your hotel or accommodation but rather the closest bus stop.

It’s important that you provide the complete address of your accommodation when booking your tour and our convenient system will provide you with the closest pick-up location if direct pickup is not possible at your accommodation.

A good example is Hótel Óðinsvé where you’ll be guided to Bus Stop 8 at Hallgrímskirkja. To make it easy to find we’ve put together locations of all city center bus stops.

All our vehicles are easily recognizable, displaying the distinctive Snæland Travel logo and a sign in the window with the tour name.
